What Sets Us Apart
These attributes set us apart from other leading Canadian law firms:
Supportive Culture. We are a relaxed and supportive group. We emphasize freedom and flexibility to promote a workplace that engages the full potential of our team members. We want you to thrive as your authentic self.
Competitive Compensation: We recognize and reward our team members for quality of work and dedication to client service, including through a competitive compensation package. We are willing to pay a premium for the right candidate.
No Targets, No Noise: We do not impose billable or non-billable targets. We won’t force you to attend events. It’s really just about client service. If clients are happy, we are happy.
Better and More Consistent Work: We do some of the best transactional work in the Vancouver and Canadian markets. Our business does not experience large (and often worrisome) fluctuations like the larger firms.
Unparalleled Mentorship. You will have the opportunity to work directly with and be mentored by team members who are leaders in their field.
Remote Work: We have a beautiful office in Gastown but support either fully or hybrid remote work arrangements.
